切开复位内固定治疗旋后、旋前外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨切开复位内固定治疗旋后、旋前外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法方便选取2014年6月—2016年6月该院收治的57例旋后、旋前外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折患者为研究对象,全部患者均行切开复位内固定治疗。术后随访,观察疗效,统计并发症。结果患者中,切口甲级愈合56例,乙级愈合1例,平均骨折愈合时间(12.8±1.4)周。1例切口轻度感染,1例螺钉断裂,1例腓骨肌腱炎,后经对症治疗均治愈或缓解,患者并发症发生率5.26%。末次随方,踝关节功能恢复优良率94.74%。结论切开复位内固定治疗旋后、旋前外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折效果确切、安全可靠,患者术后踝关节功能恢复理想,值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of open reduction internal fixation in treatment of pronated and supinated and external rotation ankle fracture in level Ⅳ. Methods 57 cases of patients with pronated and supinated and external rotation ankle fracture in level Ⅳ patients in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were convenient selected and all patients underwent the open reduction internal fixation, and the curative effect was observe by the follow-up, and the complications were counted. Results There were 56 cases with incision healing in level I, and 1 case with healing in level Ⅳ, and the average fracture healing time was（12.8±1.4） weeks, and 1 case was with mild incision infection, 1 case with screw fracture and 1 case with peroneal tendinitis, and the patients were cured and relieved after the systematic treatment, and the incidence rate of complications was 5.26%, and the last follow-up showed that the excellent and good rate of recovery of ankle function was 94.74%. Conclusion The effect of open reduction internal fixation in treatment of pronated and supinated and external rotation ankle fracture in level Ⅳ is definite, and it is safe and reliable, and the recovery of postoperative ankle joint function is ideal, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
