摘  要:采用文献资料法、实验法、逻辑分析法,针对当前高校体育课程改革困境,提出了高校大体育课程模式的构想和实施方案,并进行验证。结果显示:普通高校大体育课程模式在高校实施具有较高的可行性和推广价值,有利于学生课外锻炼习惯的形成和体质健康水平的提升,能够全面带动学生参与各项体育工作的积极性。该模式的不足是阳光长跑无法完全避免作弊,总评成绩的计算比较繁琐,体质测试工作必须在学期结束之前完成。建议阳光长跑活动由专人管理,其它活动的证明方式可以灵活多样,体质测试成绩的折算可以变通处理,重点做好教师的思想工作。This paper adopts documentation,experiment and logic analysis methods as well as proposes the concept and implementation plan of " large-scale physical education curriculum" in ordinary universities to deal with the current dilemma of university physical education. The results show that the " large-scale physical education curriculum" model has relatively high feasibility and promotion value in the implementation; it is of great significance for students to develop extracurricular exercise habits and remain in good health. It can also fully stimulate students' enthusiasm for various sports. However,sunny long-distance running activities can not completely avoid cheating. Furthermore,the calculation of total mark is more complicated than before and the physical fitness test must be completed before the end of semesters. Therefore,this paper suggests that sunny long-distance running activities should be regulated by special managers and various activities can be created. The calculation of the physical fitness test should be more flexible and more emphasis should be put on teachers.
