摘 要:目的:观察皂荚提取物对肝癌大鼠微血管密度(MVD)及肝脏病理的影响,探讨其抗肝癌作用机理。方法:采用传代Walker-256癌细胞株注射Wistar大鼠肝脏建立肝癌模型,给予皂荚提取物高、中、低剂量和索拉非尼灌胃30天,观察皂荚提取物对肝癌大鼠MVD及肝脏病理的影响。结果:肝癌大鼠与空白组大鼠比较,MVD值均有明显增加(P<0.01);各给药组与模型组大鼠比较,MVD值均有明显下降,其中皂荚提取物高剂量组与索拉菲尼组下降最明显(P<0.01);各给药组与模型组相比较,大鼠肝脏病理均有改善,皂荚提取物高剂量组与索拉菲尼组改善最明显。结论:肝癌大鼠组织MVD明显增高,皂荚提取物与索拉菲尼均可降低肝癌大鼠微血管密度,改善肝脏病理,提示皂荚提取物防治肝癌作用机理与调节肝癌组织MVD密切相关。Objective: To observe the effect of Acacia extract on rat hepatocellular carcinoma microvessel density and liver pathology.Methods: Hepatocellular carcinoma model was established by injecting Walker-256 cell line Wistar in rat liver,The effect of Acacia extract on rats MVD and liver pathology were observed by Acacia extract high,medium and low dose and sorafenib gavage. Results: Compared with the blank group,the MVD value of each group were significantly increased( P〈0. 01). Each treatment group and model group compared with the value of MVD were significantly decreased,which Acacia extract in high dose group and solafinib group decreased most significantly( P〈0. 01). Each treatment group of liver pathology were improved,Acacia extract in high dose group and sorafenib group improved the most obviously. Conclusison: MVD significantly increased in rat hepatocellular carcinoma tissues. Acacia extract and sorafenib could reduce rat hepatocellular carcinoma microvessel density,improve liver pathology. The prevention and treatment of Acacia extract on hepatocellular carcinoma was closely related to the regulation mechanism of hepatocellular carcinoma MVD.
