摘  要:苏州兆润财富中心由东、西塔楼组成,塔楼主体结构采用圆钢管混凝土钢框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构,屋面以上塔冠采用钢框架支撑结构。建筑体型前后错动导致平面东北角内收,由于角柱缺失引起外框不封闭,塔楼南侧底部6层楼板内收形成跨层柱,削弱了外框刚度。结构设计中采用性能化设计方法,提出合理的抗震性能目标,提高关键构件的抗震性能。整体弹性分析和弹塑性分析结果表明结构能满足预定的性能目标。总结本项目的结构特点,对关键问题如邻近建筑的风干扰问题、外框梁不封闭、跨层柱设计等关键问题进行分析论证,并提出合理的应对措施。Suzhou Trirun Fortune Center comprises of two super high-rise towers,i. e.,the east tower and west tower. The lateral resistance system of the towers is frame-core wall structure,and the steel braced-frame structure is used to support the crowns on the top of the towers. The frame beams cannot be closed because the plan is set back at the north east corner. The south slabs of lower six floors are set back,which results in cross stories columns in the south. Therefore,the lateral stiffness offered by the outer frame at the low zone is especially low. Rational structural layout and seismic performance are proposed according to the characteristic of the towers. With whole structural analysis,mechanical behaviors of the towers are comprehensively investigated and proved to meet the expected design indices. The key issues such as wind disturbance between towers,the influence of unclosed frame beams and the behavior of cross stories columns are investigated thoroughly,and rational measures are taken to strengthen the weak members and critical parts in the towers.
