固摄培本法治疗肺癌转移

摘　　要：癌毒是恶性肿瘤发病中的特异性因子,常与风、火、痰、瘀、寒、湿等致病邪气错杂而生,构成肿瘤的复合病机,不断促进肿瘤的增长、复发与转移。肿瘤类疾病病程中存在"散"与"失固"的矛盾,一方面是正气的耗散贯穿肿瘤发生、发展的始终,另一方面是正虚导致正气失于固摄。因此,针对性地采用收敛、固摄的方法,即固摄法,符合肿瘤性疾病正气耗散及癌毒扩散的根本病机。临床上常用药物包括:(1)五味子、酸枣仁、白芍、乌梅等酸味药;(2)牡蛎、文蛤等咸味药;(3)乌贼骨、赤石脂、龙骨、椿根皮、芡实等涩味药;(4)小茴香炭、杜仲炭、芍药炭、醋大黄等某些烧炭存性或醋制药;(5)其他补益药,如冬虫夏草、黄芪、桑螵蛸、白果、蛤蚧等。Cancer toxin is a specific factor in the pathogenesis of malignant tumors. It is often combined with pathogenic factors such as wind,fire,phlegm,stasis,coldness,and dampness to constitute a compound pathogenesis of tumors and continuously promotes tumor growth and recurrence. There is a contradiction between ＂ being dissolved＂ and ＂ being not astringent＂ in the course of tumor diseases. On the one hand,righteousness dissipates through the tumor patients,and on the other hand,Qi deficiency leads to the further loss of it due to ＂ being not astringent＂. Therefore,the method of convergence and fixation,i. e.,the ＂ astringent therapy＂,should be used in a proper manner in accordance with the fundamental pathogenesis of cancerous diseases and the spread of cancer. Clinically,the often used drugs include：（1） Schisandra,Semen zizyphi spinosae,Bletilla sinensis,Plum and other sour medicine;（2） Oysters,Clam and other salty drugs;（3） Cuttlefish bone,Red halloysite,Keel,Tsubak root bark,Semen euryales and other astringency medicine;（4） Fennel carbon,Eucommia carbon,Peony charcoal,Vinegar rhubarb and other charcoal or vinegar pharmaceuticals;（5） other tonic drugs,such as Cordyceps sinensis,Astragalus,Mulberry,Ginkgo,Alfalfa and so on.
