不同灸法治疗恶性肿瘤疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:观察不同灸法治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:将54例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为温和灸组、隔姜灸组、麦粒灸组,各18例,分别在化疗期间给予不同的灸法治疗。比较治疗前后3组患者血常规、肝肾功能、EORCT生命质量测定量表OLQ-C30(V3.0)评分、卡氏评分的差异。结果:在化疗期间辅以灸法治疗,除肝肾功能指标外,其他指标均有不同程度的改善,其中麦粒灸组治疗后在白细胞、红细胞、血小板、卡氏评分和EORCT生命质量测定量表OLQ-C30中疲劳评分、失眠评分、疼痛评分方面,均较治疗前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。隔姜灸组治疗后EORCT生命质量测定量表中恶心和呕吐评分、食欲下降评分、便秘评分均较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:隔姜灸在改善消化道症状方面较其他灸法明显,适合在化疗期间使用;麦粒灸疗法比温和灸法、隔姜灸法在改善血常规、疲劳、失眠、疼痛方面疗效更优。Objective： To compare the clinical effects of different moxibustion methods to treat malignant tumor. Methods： 54 patients were randomly divided into gentle moxibustion group,moxibustion through ginger group and seed-sized moxibustion group,with 18 patients in case group. They were treated by different moxibustion methods in the chemical therapy period. The blood routine parameters,hepatorenal functions,EORCT OLQ-C30（ V3. 0） scores and Karnofsky perform status（ KPS） of the patients before and after the treatment were compared. Results： By applying moxibustion during the chemotherapy period,the indexes of the patients showed different degrees of improvement apart from the hepatorenal functions. In the seed-sized moxibustion group after the treatment,there was significant improvement（ P 〈 0. 05） in leukocyte,erythrocyte,thrombocyte,KPS and fatigue,insomnia and pain scores in EORCT OLQ-C30. In the moxibustion through ginger group after the treatment,there was obvious improvement in nausea and vomiting,inappetence and constipation scores in EORCT OLQ-C30（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Moxibustion through ginger is more effective than other moxibustion in improving digestive tract symptoms,and seed-sized moxibustion is more effective than gentle moxibustion and moxibustion through ginger in improving blood routine,fatigue,insomnia and pain.
