安神膏对2型糖尿病伴失眠症患者睡眠质量及SCL-90因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察安神膏对2型糖尿病伴失眠症患者睡眠质量及症状自评量表(symptom check list-90,SCL-90)因子的影响。方法:162例2型糖尿病伴失眠症患者随机平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予饮食、运动、降低血糖药物及佐匹克隆等疗法,观察组给予饮食、运动联合安神膏治疗。两组均以15 d为1个疗程,持续治疗6个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状、睡眠质量变化情况及不良反应发生情况,并对两组患者疗效进行评价。结果:治疗前两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组PSQI评分均明显下降,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为95.06%,对照组为85.19%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前SCL-90躯体化、抑郁、焦虑因子、人际关系敏感、强迫症状、敌对因子恐怖、精神病性、偏执及总分因子评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者SCL-90躯体化、抑郁、焦虑因子评分均明显下降,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:安神膏治疗2型糖尿病伴失眠症患者疗效显著,可有效缓解临床症状,提高患者睡眠质量,且无严重不良反应。Objective： To investigate the effect of Anshen ointment on sleep quality and Symptom Check-List 90（ SCL-90） factors of type 2 diabetic patients with insomnia. Methods： 162 selected type 2 diabetic patients with insomnia were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 81） and the study group（ n = 81）. The control group was given diet,exercise,hypoglycemic drugs,and zopiclone treatment,and the study group was given diet and exercise combined with Anshen ointment for 15 days as a course of treatment and continuous treatment for 6 courses. The clinical symptoms,changes in sleep quality and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results： There was no significant difference in the PSQI scores between the two groups before treatment（ P 〉 0. 05）. The PSQI scores of both groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the total effective rate in the study group 95. 06% was significantly higher than that in the control group 85. 19%（ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was not statistically different from that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in SCL-90 somatization,depression,anxiety factor,interpersonal sensitivity,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,hostile factor terror,psychosis,paranoia and total score before treatment in the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. In comparison,the scores of SCL-90 somatization,depression,and anxiety factors were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment,and were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〉 0. 05）.
