雅拢蒙砂喉方治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察雅拢蒙砂喉方治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:对100例类风湿性关节炎患者采用雅拢蒙砂喉方进行治疗,观察治疗前后晨僵时间、关节肿痛数、关节压痛数、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白。结果:治疗后有效率为88%,治疗后患者晨僵时间、关节压痛数、关节肿痛数与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血沉、C反应蛋白指标较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论:雅拢蒙砂喉方治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效显著,且用药安全。Objective： To observe the effect of Yalongmengshahou prescription treatment of for rheumatoid arthritis（ RA）. Methods：100 cases of RA were treated with Yalongmengshahou prescription. The time of morning stiffness,number of joint swelling and pain,number of joint tenderness,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ ESR） and C-reactive protein（ CRP） were observed before and after treatment. Results： The effective rate after treatment was 88%. There was a significant difference in the morning stiffness time,the number of joint tenderness and the number of joint swelling and pain after treatment（ P 〈 0. 01）. Compared with before treatment,the ESR and CRP indexes had improvement（ P 〈 0. 05）. And there was no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Yalongmengshahou prescription in treating RA has obvious effect and drug safety.
