补肾调经汤治疗子宫内膜异位症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾调经汤内服治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法:将100例子宫内膜异位症患者采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各50例,两组患者均给予孕三烯酮治疗,研究组同时给予补肾调经汤治疗,连续治疗3个月经周期。结果:治疗后,研究组的盆腔包块直径、血清抗子宫内膜抗体(Em Ab)抗体阳性率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组愈显率62.00%显著高于对照组的42.00%(P<0.05)。结论:补肾调经汤治疗子宫内膜异位症能调节患者免疫功能,降低Em Ab抗体阳性表达,提高治疗效果。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Tiaojing decoction of Chinese medicine treatment on endometriosis. Methods： 100 cases of endometrial endometriosis patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,50 cases of each group. The two groups of patients were given gestrinone treatment,and the study group added Bushen Tiaojing decoction treatment. Continuous treatment for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles. Results： After treatment,pelvic mass diameter and Em Ab antibody positive rate of study group were significantly lower than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Before treatment,the difference of T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups had no statistically significant（ P〉 0. 05）. After treatment,CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ of the study group were significantly higher than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,the symptom score of study group was significantly lower than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; markedly effective rate of the study group was 62. 00%,which was higher than the control group 42. 00%（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM decoction Bushen Tiaojing oral administration can regulate immune function,reduce Em Ab antibody positive expression rate and improve the therapeutic effect of endometriosis patient.
