摘　　要：通过辽宁省蚕业科学研究所近十年人才流失方面的调查。以该单位为例,分析农业科研单位人才流失的原因,并在工作中总结出留住人才、发挥人才作用的方法。以期为更好发挥人才的作用、提高农业科研单位人才队伍建设提供参考。This study investigated brain drain of Institude of Sericulture in Liaoning academy of agricultural sciences in recent years. Take this institutin as an example,this study analyzed reason of agricultural research insititute,and put forward countermeasures from actual work.The aim was to provide reference to give full play to the talents and enhance talents team construction in agricultural research institute.
