广西地区不同孕周胎儿胆囊参考值范围的探讨及诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨广西地区不同孕周胎儿胆囊参考值范围的建立和诊断价值。方法选择广西妇幼保健院产检的各孕期低风险孕妇758例,作为"标准人群"。所有孕妇接受产前超声检查,分析胎儿胆囊探讨广西地区不同孕周胎儿胆囊参考值范围的建立和诊断价值超声图像特点,制定胎儿胆囊参考值范围。并再次收集各孕期孕妇803例,验证该参考值范围对于诊断胎儿胆囊异常的价值。结果胎儿胆囊长径、宽度、高度、周长、面积和孕周均存在正相关关系(P均<0.05),广西地区胎儿胆囊长径和面积参考值范围与韩国人群的参考值范围无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论本研究制定的参考值范围有助于诊断胎儿胆囊异常,可评估不同孕周胎儿胆囊的大小是否偏离正常范围。Objective To explore the establishment and diagnostic value of the reference range of fetal gallbladder in different gestational weeks in Guangxi area.Methods Choose the Guangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital of the low risk of pregnant women during pregnancy 758 cases,as the＂standard population.＂All pregnant women received prenatal ultrasound examination,analysis of fetal gallbladder ultrasound image characteristics,the development of fetal gallbladder reference range.And again collected 803 pregnant women during pregnancy,verify the reference range for the diagnosis of fetal gallbladder abnormalities.Results There was a positive correlation between the length and width of the gallbladder of the fetus（P〈0.05）,and there was no significant difference in the reference range between the length of the gallbladder and the reference area of the population in Guangxi（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The range of reference values developed in this study helps to diagnose fetal gallbladder aberrations and assess whether the size of the gallbladder in different gestational weeks deviates from the normal range.
