摘　　要：针对玻璃幕墙用硅酮密封胶中存在以廉价矿物油替代硅油以次充好的现象,现有检测方法周期长、效率低、检测设备要求高和能耗高的问题,研究出一种丁基胶试纸绿色检测方法,探讨了涂膜厚度、检测时间及白矿油含量对检测效果的影响。研究结果表明:检测效果随丁基胶涂膜厚度减小和检测时间的增加而变得更为明显;随硅酮密封胶样品中白矿油含量增加,检验周期缩短。Based on the existence of cheap mineral oil replacing silicon oil in silicone sealant for glass curtain wall, there were long term, low efficiency, high requirement of testing equipment and high energy consumption problems for the existing detection methods. A green test method of butyl rubber adhesive test paper was developed, and the influence of the coating thickness, detection time and content of white mineral oil on testing effects were discussed. The research results showed that the testing effects were more obvious with the butyl adhesive coating thickness decreased and the detection time increased, and the test period was shortened with the increase of the content of the white mineral oil in the silicone sealant.
