摘  要:通过水解缩合反应,合成了VTES(乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷)水解缩聚物,并以此水解缩聚物、VTPS(乙烯基三特丁基过氧化硅烷)及钛酸异丙酯为原料,制备了硅橡胶—增强材料复合用胶粘剂。研究结果表明:VTES水解缩聚物可赋予胶粘剂较好的内聚强度,VTPS可提高对硅橡胶和不同基材的粘结力;当w(水解缩聚物)≥22%、w(VTPS)=9%左右(均相对于反应物质量而言)时,胶粘剂的剥离强度最高,综合性能良好。The hydrolytic polycondensate of vinyl triethoxy silane (VTES) was synthesized by hydrolysis- condensation reaction, and the silicone rubber-reinforced material composite adhesive was prepared from the hydrolytic polycondensate, vinyl tri-tert-butyl peroxide silane (VTPS) and isopropyl titanate as raw materials. The results showed that VTES hydrolytic polycondensate can provide better cohesive strength for the adhesive, and VTPS can improve the bonding force to the silicone rubber and different substrates. When the mass fraction of hydrolytic polycondensate is greater than 22% and mass fraction of VTPS is about 9%, the adhesive has the highest peel strength and good comprehensive performance.
