电类企业的专利权人迹探析

摘　　要：研究专利权人迹在评价企业技术绩效的应用效果,该指标是否可以作为同类型企业间竞争分析指标之一。[方法/过程]在2016年《财富》杂志的世界百强企业名单中,选取电类相关企业20家,从德温特专利数据库(Derwent Innovations Index,DII)中收集这20家企业作为专利权人在2007—2016年间专利申请及引用数据,用专利权人迹为评价指标,动态揭示10年间电类相关企业专利权人迹T_1和T_2的变化情况。[结果/结论]专利权人迹是一个评价专利主体的有效指标,可以客观表征企业的技术绩效,动态专利权人迹还能表征企业科技发展情况。[局限]由于选取时间的限制,尚未能将企业整个发展历程的技术绩效加以表征。[Purpose/significance] This paper studies the practical effect of assignee trace in evaluating the technological performance of enterprises and whether assignee trace can be used as one of the indicators to analyze the competition among the same type of enterprises. [Method/process]The paper selects 20 electricity-related enterprises from the world top 100 enterprises ranked by ＂Fortune＂in 2016. Their patents application and citation data from 2007 to 2016 are collected in Derwent Innovations Index（ DII）. assignee trace is used as the evaluation index to dynamically reveal the variation of T1 and T2 during the 10 years.[Result/conclusion]The results show that assignee trace is a valid index for evaluating patent subject. It can objectively represent enterprise’s technological performance and the scientific and technological development situation of enterprises. [Limitations] The paper only investigates the technological performance of enterprises during 10 years,and the entire development process of the enterprise is not characterized.
