摘　　要：新技术的扩散过程是典型的情报产生、传递与利用过程,情报获取利用贯穿其全过程。现有关于技术扩散的研究,基本围绕着影响因素、网络结构、扩散机制等角度去研究,而缺乏对于某一具体的技术或产品在国际间真实扩散过程的实证研究,更缺乏其中的情报分析。文章通过作者的亲身经历、社会调查及专家访谈,对瑞士DB涂布刮刀在中国20年的扩散过程进行了全面追踪与梳理,结果显示DB涂布刮刀作为造纸领域里一项重要的技术创新,在中国的扩散速度明显慢于在欧洲及北美地区的扩散速度;市场竞争会有力地促进技术创新扩散速度;大企业采用技术创新成果强于中小企业但采用行为比较谨慎,小企业对技术创新成果有跟风现象,从而导致技术创新扩散的路径不是S形,而是反L形;人员流动是技术创新扩散的根本,情报、反情报归根到底是对人的情报。The diffusion process of an emerging technology is a typical process of information production,transmission and utilization,which always accompanies information acquisition and utilization. The existing research on technology diffusion is mainly focus on the influencing factors,network structure,diffusion mechanism,and so on,which lacks empirical research for a specific technology or product in real international diffusion process and is even more lacking the information analysis during the process. Based on the authors’ personal experience,field research and interviews,this paper traces and combs the 20 years’ diffusion process of Swiss DB coater blade in China. The results show that the DB coater blade is an important technological innovation in the paper industry,and the diffusion rate in China is significantly slower than that in Europe and North America. Market competition can effectively promote the speed of technological innovation diffusion. The results of large enterprises adopting technological innovation are better than that of small and medium enterprises,but large enterprises are more cautious for adoption. Small enterprises always follow the trend,so their path of technological innovation diffusion is anti L type,instead of S type. The flow of personnel is the root of technological innovation diffusion,and the nature of information and anti information is personnel information.
