摘 要:目的:建立厚朴药材总黄酮、总多糖、总木脂素、总鞣质以及总皂苷的测定方法,用于厚朴药材质量综合评估。方法:通过紫外可见分光光度法,建立厚朴药材总黄酮、总多糖、总木脂素、总鞣质以及总皂苷的测定方法,并对10批市购厚朴药材进行含量测定。结果:10批药材的总黄酮、多糖、木脂素、鞣质以及皂苷的平均含量分别为6.20%、6.17%、6.72%、1.04%、0.03%。结论:该研究建立的含量测定方法将为下一步对厚朴药材质量的综合评价提供科学依据。Objective:To establish analytical methods to examine the contents of total flavonoids, total polysaccharides, total lignans, total tannin and total saponins of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex and to apply these methods to evaluate the quality of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex thoroughly. Methods : The UV spectrophotometric methods were established and applied to examine the total flavonoids, total polysaccharides, total lignans, total tannin and total saponins of 10 batches of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex. Results: The average contents of total flavonoids, total polysaccharides, total lignans, total tannin and total saponins in 10 batches are 6. 20%, 6.17%, 6.72%, 1.04G, 0.03%. Conclusion: These analytical methods can be used to evaluate the quality of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex in further research.
