摘 要:对G30高氮轴承钢进行不同工艺的退火、淬火、回火处理,利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对组织演变进行研究,分析不同工艺处理后硬度、耐磨性能以及碳氮化物尺寸的变化。结果表明:G30钢在850℃退火后组织为粒状珠光体,有助于提供较好的预备组织;不同淬火及回火工艺后,G30钢的硬度有一定程度的提高,较高的回火温度有利于降低钢中奥氏体的含量、促进碳氮化物的长大,其中,经过1020℃淬火+475℃回火处理,G30钢的硬度达到59.0 HRC,组织为回火屈氏体+未溶第二相+残留奥氏体,碳氮化物的尺寸主要集中在0.6~0.8μm之间。Microstructure,hardness,wear resistance and carbonitride size of G30 steel after different annealing,quenching and tempering treatments were studied by means of optical microscope( OM) and scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The results show that the microstructure of the G30 steel annealed at 850 ℃ is granular pearlite,which is helpful to provide better prior structure. After different quenching and tempering processes,the hardness of the steel is improved to a certain extent,and the higher tempering temperature is beneficial to reduce the content of austenite in the steel and promote the growth of carbonitride. After quenching at 1020 ℃ and then tempering at 475 ℃,the hardness of the steel is 59. 0 HRC,the microstructure is composed of tempered troostite,undissolved second phase and residual austenite,and the size of the carbides is mainly in the range of 0. 6 μm to 0. 8 μm.
