摘　　要：钎具表面防腐是一项重要工作,不仅是为了美观,更是为了提高产品防腐蚀能力。本文主要介绍我公司钎具产品表面处理的主要工序及涂装自动化生产线设备,该生产线实现了连续批量生产、提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度及生产成本。In the rock drilling steels and tools industry, the surface anti-corrosion, a key procedure, is not only for improving a product＇s appearance, but also enhancing its anti-corrosion ability. The paper covers mainly key surface treatment processes for rock drilling tools and equipments for the automatic coating line, realizing uninterrupted mass production, increasing productivity and lowering labor and production cost.
