摘 要:为解决双馈风电场集电线路发生单相接地故障时,零序电流保护灵敏度较低的问题,提出计及接地变压器的零序电流保护原理。以新疆某地区风电场为例,分析其集电线路在接入接地变压器前后的零序电流变化及故障特征;同时对零序电流保护在风电系统集电线路的应用展开分析。最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建风电场模型,对过渡电阻、接地变压器经消弧线圈和电阻接地对零序保护动作的影响进行验证。仿真结果表明:接地变压器接入后,零序电流保护可快速有效地切除线路单相接地故障;过渡电阻接入的影响相对较小;接地变压器经电阻接地可以快速准确地切除线路故障,有效提高了继电保护的可靠性。In order to solve the problems of low sensitivity of zero-sequence current protections when single-phase-to-ground faults occured in double-fed wind farm, the principle of zero-sequence current protection of grounding transformer was put forward. In this paper, an area of Xinjiang wind farm collector line single-phase grounding fault was as an example, we analyzed the set of wires in access before and after the grounding transformer zero sequence current variation and fault characteristics; At the same time, the application of zero sequence current protection in the collection circuit of wind power system was analyzed, through the wind farm model built in PSCAD/EMTDC, the influence of transition resistance, grounding transformer about suppression coil and resistance grounding on zero sequence protection action were verified. The simulation results show that the grounding transformer access, zero sequence current protection can effectively remove circuit faults of single-phase grounding faults resistance influence; transition resistance access has a relatively small impact; the grounding transformer grounding via resistance can be quickly and accurately cut the fault line, effectively improve the reliability of relay protection.
