摘　　要：加强"互联网+政务服务"建设,是进一步简政放权、放管结合、优化服务改革推向纵深的关键环节。本文探讨了江苏省国土资源"四全"服务平台的设计与实现,提出了针对江苏省国土资源优化政务服务供给的信息化解决思路和操作方法,为统筹建设统一、规范、多级联动的"互联网+国土资源政务服务"体系探索了一条信息化建设路径。Strengthening the construction of ＂Internet ＋ government services＂ is the key link for further decentralization, combination of decentralization and management, optimization of services and reforms. This paper discusses the design and implementation of the ＂four-quantity＂ service platform for land and resources in Jiangsu Province, proposing an informatization solution and operation method optimizing the provision of government service for the land and resources in Jiangsu Province in order to coordinate the construction of an information construction path, it is a unified, standardized, multi-level linkage of ＂Internet ＋ Land and Resources Government Services＂ system.
