摘  要:盘式拉杆转子的轮盘间采用非连续界面连接,当界面由于大载荷作用或者拉杆松弛发生滑移或脱开时,会导致转子无法正常工作,甚至发生严重事故。为此,采用三维接触有限元法,计算了不同预紧力下复杂载荷作用时拉杆转子非连续界面的接触状态、应力和变形,分析了拉杆转子非连续界面的功能失效模式、极限承载能力及预紧力对失效临界点的影响。结果表明:在预紧力确定的情况下,非连续轮盘接触界面承受扭矩、剪力、弯矩等载荷的能力存在临界值,超过载荷临界值则界面发生功能失效,且对应不同的失效模式,分别为周向滑移、侧向滑移、顶端张口型失效模式;轮盘在承受大扭矩作用时,接触界面存在"扭转屈服"现象,即扭转角骤增,刚度骤降,转子结构抵抗变形能力骤降,无法继续传递扭矩,界面发生承载失效;弯矩、剪力载荷的作用会显著降低非连续轮盘承扭的极限能力。The disks of rod fastening rotor are joined by discontinuous interfaces.Rotor accidents often occur when the interface slips or disengages due to the large load or laxity of the rod.In this study,the 3 dcontact finite element method is adopted to calculate the contact state,stress and deformation of the discontinuous interface under complex loads and different pre-tightening forces.The influences of failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity and preload on the critical failure point of the interfaces are analyzed.The results show that the interface has limiting values to bear torque,shear or bending moment under certain pre-tightening forces.The functional failure happens when the actual load exceeds the limiting value.There exist three different failure modes,i.e.,circumferential slip mode,lateral slip mode and top opening failure mode,corresponding to different load conditions.A "torsional yield"phenomenon may occur when a large torque loading is applied on the disks,which means occurrence of rapid increase of torsionalangel or sudden drop of rotor stiffness.As a result,the rotor cannot undertake torque,and hence the failure of interface occurs.In addition,bending moment and shear load may also significantly reduce the critical load of the discontinuous disks.
