摘 要:以麦秸板为研究对象,绿色木霉(Trichoderma viride)为试验菌种,探究了绿色木霉侵染对麦秸板剖面密度的影响。结果表明,绿色木霉侵染12周之后,未砂光和砂光麦秸板的质量损失率达20.45%和20.86%;空白对照组试样的剖面密度没有明显变化,绿色木霉侵染组的未砂光麦秸板平均密度由609.00kg·m^(-3)降为475.00kg·m^(-3),砂光麦秸板平均密度由599.00kg·m^(-3)降为509.17kg·m^(-3),说明绿色木霉的侵染会对麦秸板的剖面密度造成较大影响。In this study,Trichoderma viride was used to infect wheat straw board to study its effects on the density of wheat straw board.The results showed that the mass loss rate of untreated and double surface sanding wheat straw board reached 20.45% and 20.86%,respectively,after 12 weeks of T.virideinfestation.There was no significant change in the control group,but the average density of the wheat straw board reduced from 609.00 to 475.00 kg/m^3,and the average density of the wheat straw board after sanding reduced from 599.00 to 509.17 kg/m^3.So the infection of T.viride had greater impact on the performance of wheat straw board.
