摘　　要：当今时代是我国全面深化改革、全面加快转型发展的时代。现代公共文化服务体系的建设之路就是由传统公共文化服务体系向现代公共文化服务体系的转型发展之路。本文在对河北省现代公共文化服务体系建设的现状与存在的主要问题进行梳理的基础上,有针对性地提出了强化转型发展意识、优化转型发展思路、狠抓转型发展关键环节、科学推进组织体系全面创新的路径选择。Current era is the era of the comprehensively deepening reform and the overall accelerative transformation period by now. Constructing modernized public cultural services system is the transformation development way from the tradition to the modern. Based on the development situation and main problems on the modernized public cultural services system in Hebei Province, this paper advances the transitional path for promoting service in constructing modernized public cultural services system in Hebei Province： establishing transitional awareness, optimizing the developing ideas, taking the key point and promoting the organization system.
