深化医改背景下医学院校思政课探索

摘　　要：深化医改是为了完善和调整医疗体制中存在的问题,实现医疗资源合理配置。多种原因导致我国医改起伏大、动作小、时间长等特点。对于未来的医务工作者——医学生而言,希望了解深化医改的进程与内容,由于缺乏系统、全面、正确的引导,可能导致医学生职业观的偏差。医学院校思想政治教育课程,通过课内课外的方法和途径,既可以帮助医学生解读深化医改,也能够帮助他们树立正确的职业观。Deepen medical reform is for perfecting and adjusting the problems in medical system, and implement medical resources allocate reasonably. Various reasons lead medical reform fluctuate greatly, move small, time consuming, ect. As for future medical worker, medical students hope to understand the process and content of deepening medical reform, for lack of systematic, comprehensive and correct guidance, may bring to medical students＇ profession bias. Ideological and political course in medical college by the way of in class and out of class,help students understanding deepen medical reform and set up correct profession view.
