摘  要:利率市场化在影响着商业银行市场定位、业务转型的同时,也给商业银行风险管理、人员配备等多个方面带来机遇和挑战。商业银行能否在利率市场化进程中保持健康经营发展,关键要看能否及时化解不利为有利,找准定位,巩固和强化核心竞争力。本文从总结利率市场化渐进过程入手,通过分析利率市场化对商业银行资产结构、客户结构、信贷业务、外汇业务等因素的影响程度,判断利率市场化走势,提出针对性建议和意见。The interest rate marketization not only influences the market positioning and business transformation of commercial banks, but also brings challenges to commercial banks in terms of risk management, staffing and other aspects. Whether commercial banks can maintain healthy business development in the process of interest rate marketization depends on whether they can promptly turn adverse condition into favorable condition, identify the right orientation in the market, and consolidate and strengthen core competitiveness. Firstly, this article summarizes the gradual process of interest rate marketization. Then by analyzing the degree of the influence on interest rate marketization by such factors as commercial bank asset structure, customer structure, credit business, and foreign exchange business, it judges the trend of interest rate marketization and proposes targeted suggestions and opinions.
