摘  要:利用富含铁氧化物的铜渣与磷酸二氢铵(ADP)在常温下制备了凝固速度适中、早期强度高的磷酸盐胶凝材料。探究了铜渣/磷酸二氢铵(CS/ADP,质量比)和缓凝剂(硼砂)掺量等因素对胶凝材料硬化体力学性能的影响。结果表明:当CS/ADP=4.0时,材料力学性能最高,1 d和28 d抗压强度分别为31.7 MPa和42.8 MPa;随着硼砂掺量的增加,胶凝材料初凝时间延长,材料力学性能呈降低的趋势。采用XRD、SEM和FT-IR等手段对材料微观结构及物相组成进行分析,其物相组成主要为FeNH_4HP_3O_(10),NH_4FeP_2O_7和(NH_4)_2FeP_2O_7和Fe_2SiO_4结晶相,具有较为致密的微观结构。Iron phosphate cementitious material( IPCM) was prepared through the reaction between iron( II) oxide-rich copper slag( CS) and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate( ADP). The influences of factors such as the copper slag to ammonium dihydrogen phosphate( CS/ADP) mass ratio and the dosage of the retarders( borax) on the compressive strength of IPCM materials were investigated. The results showed that when CS/ADP = 4. 0,the compressive strengths of the samples cured at 1 d and 28 d reached 31. 7 MPa and 42. 8 MPa,respectively. With the increase of the addition of borax,the setting time increased and the compressive strength decreased gradually. The hydration products were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction( XRD),fourier transform infrared( FT-IR) and scanning electronic microscopic( SEM). The results indicated that IPCM were mainly composed of FeNH4HP3O(10),NH4FeP2O7,(NH4)2FeP2O7 and Fe2SiO4 and had tense microstructure.
