摘 要:通过水泥胶砂强度和水化热试验对不同替代水泥量的防腐阻锈成分、粉煤灰、矿渣粉三种活性掺合料进行了SEM、XRD衍射分析,观察其水化形貌及特性。试验结果表明:单掺防腐阻锈剂、双掺矿物掺合料都有利于提高水泥胶砂的抗压强度、降低水泥水化速率,但后者因早期水化慢会降低砂浆早期强度;三者复合后,进一步降低了水泥早期水化放热速率,避免了胶凝材料水化的集中放热,使胶砂56 d抗压强度高于基准组8 MPa。通过SEM水化产物结构形貌分析和XRD衍射图谱可知:防腐阻锈成分的掺入对矿物掺合料实现了碱改性,促进了矿物掺合料的二次水化,提高了砂浆或混凝土的强度及耐久性。Through the strength test and hydration heat test of cement mortar,to observe the hydration morphology and characteristics of cement. which is corrosion resistance,fly ash and slag powder according the SEM and XRD. The test results show that: It is beneficial to improve the compressive strength of cement mortar and reduce the hydration rate of cement by adding corrosion inhibitor and double mineral admixture,but the latter reduces the early strength of mortar due to slow hydration; After the combination of the three,it further reduces the early hydration heat release rate of cement,avoids the concentrated exothermic of the cementitious material hydration,so that the 56 d compressive strength of the rubber sand is higher than the reference group 8 MPa. The structure morphology of SEM and XRD diffraction spectra showed: The alkali modification of mineral admixture has been realized by adding the anticorrosion rust-inhibiting ingredient,which promotes the two times hydration of mineral admixture and enhances the strength and durability of mortar or concrete.
