摘  要:以钠基蒙脱土和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)制备改性钠基蒙脱土。研究去离子水用量、CTAB用量、搅拌速度、搅拌温度和滴加时间对改性钠基蒙脱土效果的影响,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和X射线衍射仪分析改性钠基蒙脱土的组成结构与组成成分。研究改性钠基蒙脱土组成结构参数与片层间距的预测模型。结果表明:改性钠基蒙脱土的相容性提高,其片层间距显著增加。当Spread为0.55时,RBF网络具有最佳的逼近效果。获得优选预测结果,即改性钠基蒙脱土的最优片层间距为1.912 nm。Modified Na-montmorillonite was prepared with Na-montmorillonite and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide( CTAB). The influence of abandoned effect of modified Na-montmorillonite by deionized water yield,CTAB yield,stirring speed,mixing temperature and drop in time were researched.Structure and composition of modified Na-montmorillonite was analyzed by FTIR and XRD. The optimization forecast model for the structure parameters and lamella spacing of modified Namontmorillonite were researched. The results show that compatibility of modified Na-montmorillonite increases,interlamellar spacing increases significantly. RBF neural network has the best approximation effect,when "Spread "is 0. 55. Receive optimal prediction results,such as optimal layer spacing of modified Na-montmorillonite is 1. 912 nm.
