摘  要:通过氨气鼓泡制备小粒径的氢氧化锆,利用红外光谱仪确定了氢氧化锆被成功合成,同时利用动态光散射(DLS)测试氢氧化锆粒径,系统研究了锆离子浓度,反应时间,反应温度,搅拌转速,陈化时间及晶种法等工艺条件对氢氧化锆粒径的影响。试验表明,采用氨气鼓泡法制备氢氧化锆的最佳工艺条件为:锆离子浓度1 mol/L,反应温度60℃,反应时间4 h,搅拌转速1200~1400 r/min,陈化时间1 h,晶种法中氢氧化钠添加量为反应所需氨气量的10%。Small particle size of zirconium hydroxide was synthesised by ammonia drum,the chemical structure of the Zr(OH)4 were charactered by FTIR,the particle size of zirconium hydroxide was tested by a Dynamic light scattering. The effects of zirconium ion concentration, reaction time, reaction temperature,stirring speed,aging time and the seed crystal method on hydrogen zirconium oxide particle size were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of ammonia drum zirconium hydroxide by Global: the concentration of zirconium ion was 1 mol/L,the reaction temperature was 60 ℃,the reaction time was 4 h,the stirring speed was 1200-1400 r/min,aging time was 1 h,the addition of sodium hydroxide was 10% of the amount of ammonia required for the reaction in the seed crystal method.
