摘　　要：以硒麦芽粉为原料,选取适当的淀粉、糊精、乳糖及粘合剂聚维酮K30等辅料,通过正交试验,选出最佳工艺:原料细度100目,辅料比例(质量比)为淀粉∶糊精∶乳糖=1∶6∶20,乙醇浓度70%。按照此工艺经原辅料混合,制软材,制粒,干燥,整粒压片等工序得到的咀嚼片外观完整,口感适宜且产品质量稳定。Selenium-enriched malt flour as raw materials,select the appropriate starch,dextrin,lactose and adhesive povidone K30 and other accessories,through the orthogonal test,selecting the best process ：the raw material fineness 100 mesh,the ratio of accessories to starch ∶ Dextrin ∶ Lactose = 1 ∶ 6 ∶ 20,70 % ethanol concentration. The chewable tablets which have complete appearance,suitable taste and stable product quality were prepared by mixing raw materials,making soft materials,granulating,drying,and pressing tablets.
