摘　　要：正确认识事物是解决问题的基础。受社会环境和多元价值观的影响,榜样教育价值取向出现异化,致使榜样教育效果有效性减弱。新时代,社会主义核心价值观和中国梦已成为我们共同的价值追求,榜样教育教育价值选择要尊重教育规律、社会现实和时代要求,求真、求实、求效,做到理论与实践、多元与一元、目的和手段三个方面的统一,提升榜样教育的有效性。Understanding things correctly is the basis for solving problems. Under the influence of social environment and multi-ple values, the value orientation of example education appears dissimilation, which leads to the weakening of the effectiveness of ex - ample education. In the new era, the socialist core values and the Chinese dream have become our common value pursuit. The choice of educational value of example education should respect the educational law, social reality and the requirements of the times, seek truth, seek truth and effect, and achieve the unity of theory and practice, pluralism and monism, purpose and means, so as to improve the effectiveness of Example education.
