浅谈新形势下独立学院开展科研实验之必要性

摘　　要：新形势下,二本、三本合并招生导致独立学院生源质量明显提高;大量博士任教使得科研水平提高,最终给独立学院带来了前所未有的发展机遇。文章提出利用上述优势,在独立学院以教师的研究课题为导向开展创新型科技实验(科研实验),达到培养未来社会所需新型人才的目标。文章主要从开展科研实验对社会发展、高素质应用型人才培养、提升学生自信心、促进教师知识更新,打造特色专业等几方面阐述了独立学院开展科研实验必要性。Under the new situation, cancelled enrollment of independent college led the improvement of the students＇ quality; while the join of large number of doctors had improved the research ability of teachers. These have brought unprecedented opportuni-ties for the development of independent colleges. In order to make the best of the above advantages, research subject oriented scien- tific research experiment in independent colleges has been proposed to cultivate new-style elite for society in the future. This paper mainly discusses the necessity of carrying out scientific research experiments in independent colleges through its relationship with so-cial development, cultivating talent, enhance self-confidence of students, promoting the updating of teachers＇ knowledge and forging major characteristics.
