自制活动装载架的灵活使用对压力蒸汽灭菌湿包控制的研究

摘　　要：目的观察自制活动装载架的灵活使用对压力蒸汽灭菌湿包控制的效果。方法以2017年4月~10月产生待灭菌物品包合计147000个,按照自然日奇偶数分为对照组和实验组,各73500个。对照组按照厂家提供的灭菌器载物架,使用常规的装载方法不重叠摆放。实验组在厂家提供的灭菌器载物架上加用活动装载架悬空分隔摆放。比较两组湿包发生情况与环节,并对灭菌次数及成本情况进行统计。结果两组发生湿包分别为10个(0.013%)、191个(0.260%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组湿包发生环节中卸载与发放环节比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组每日灭菌器次数分别为(7.3±1.2)次、(10.5±3.4)次,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组每日灭菌次数比对照组少2~3次,至少节约成本为1000元/日。结论自制活动装载架的灵活使用,不仅增强干燥效果,减少灭菌后湿包现象的发生,满足质量安全的需要,且能够减少灭菌器次数,节约人力、物力资源成本。Objective To observe the control effect of self-made active loading rack on the control of pressure steam sterilization, and compared with traditional methods.Methods 147000 sterilized items from April 2017 -October 2017 were divided into one day control group and the double day experimental group.Based on the sterilizer carrier provided by the manufacturer,the conventional loading method was not overlapped in the control group while placed on the rack of sterilizer provided by the manufacturer in the experiment group.Compared the occurrence situation and link of two sets of wet bags,and make statistics on the number of opening and cost saving.Results The number of wet bags in the experimental group and the control group were 10（0.013%）、191（0.260%）respectively.The comparison of data between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in the link between the unloading and release of the wet package of the experimental group（P〈0.05）.The number of daily sterilization furnaces in the experimental group and the control group were（7.3±1.2）times,（10.5±3.4）times respectively,and the data difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The number of stoves in the experimental group was 2~3 times less than that of the control group,at least 1000/d.Conclusion Flexible use of homemade loading frame not only enhance the drying effect,reduce the wet package after sterilization,the phenomena of meet the needs of quality and safety,and can reduce the number of sterilization oven,thereby saving the cost of manpower,material resources.
