摘　　要：本文通过对图书馆文献资源价值观、信息素养的重视、图书馆对读者的服务态度等观念的变化进行阐述分析,说明图书馆要满足读者需求,就要根据读者观念的变化、需求的变化来实施图书馆的各项工作,才能发挥图书馆的最大作用,为新时代中国特色社会主义知识、文明传播做出贡献。This paper analyzes the changes in the values of library literature resources, the importance of information literacy and the attitude of library to the readers, and shows that if a library needs to meet the needs of readers, it is necessary to carry out the various works of the library according to the changes of readers＇ ideas and needs, so as to give full play to the library＇s maximum role and contribute to the dissemination of socialist knowledge and civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
