摘  要:采用Fe基氟化催化剂,由1,1,2,3-四氯丙烯(TCP)气相氟化合成2-氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯(HCFO-1233xf),研究了反应温度、物料配比、接触时间对反应的影响,以及催化剂的寿命实验和再生实验。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:反应温度260℃,空速1 500 h^(-1),摩尔比HF∶TCP=15∶1,在此条件下,TCP的转化率100%,HCFO-1233xf的选择性98.9%,连续反应1 200 h后,TCP的转化率>99%,HCFO-1233xf的选择性>94%。Synthesis of 2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene( HCFO-1233 xf) from 1,1,2,3-tetrachloropropene( TCP) and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride was studied by gas-phase fluorination over Fe-based catalyst. The effect factors,including reaction temperature,ratio of HF/TCP,contact time,lifetime and regeneration of catalyst,were researched. The results indicated the optimal reaction condition: temperature 260 ℃,space velocity of 1 500 h(-1) and flow ratio of HF ∶ TCP = 15 ∶ 1. Under the optimal reaction condition,the conversion of TCP was 100% and the selectivity of HCFO-1233 xf was up to 98. 9%. After 1 200 h of continuous reaction,the conversion of TCP and the selectivity of HCFO-1233 xf were still above 99% and94% respectively.
