广西壮族人群原发性高血压患病率及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解广西壮族人群原发性高血压患病率并分析其影响因素。方法选取在广西某三甲医院体检中心体检的壮族人群568例,采用问卷调查其一般情况,并进行体格检查和实验室检测,分析影响广西壮族人群原发性高血压的因素。结果广西壮族人群原发性高血压粗患病率为27.99%,其中男性为29.36%,女性为25.89%。多因素分析结果显示,年龄≥50岁、有高血压家族史、高盐饮食、高TG、超重、肥胖是壮族人群原发性高血压的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论广西壮族人群原发性高血压的标化患病率低于2010年全国水平,年龄≥50岁、有高血压家族史、高盐饮食、高脂血症、超重和肥胖者,原发性高血压发生风险较高。Objective To investigate the prevalence and its influencing factors of essential hypertension in Guangxi Zhuang population.Methods A total of 568 Zhuang population were enrolled from a care center in the A-level tertiary hospital in Guangxi. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the general data and carry out physical examination and laboratory tests. And the factors influencing essential hypertension were analyzed in Guangxi Zhuang population. Results The gross prevalence rate of essential hypertension in Guangxi Zhuang population was 27. 99%,29. 36% in males and 25. 89% in females. The results of multivariate analysis showed that age equal to or more than 50 years,family history of hypertension,high-salt diet,high TG level,overweight and obesity were risk factors for essential hypertension in Guangxi Zhuang population（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The standardized prevalence rate of essential hypertension in Guangxi Zhuang population is lower than the national level in 2010. A higher risk for essential hypertension is seen among Guangxi Zhuang population with age equal to or more than 50 years,family history of hypertension,high-salt diet,high TG level,overweight and obesity.
