摘　　要：目的观察自血疗法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将66例原发性痛经患者随机分为自血组和西药组,分别进行3个月经周期的治疗,在基线期、治疗后以及随访3个月时间点采用Mc Gill疼痛问卷评分和Cox痛经症状量表对患者的疼痛程度以及相关症状进行评价。结果治疗后,自血组在改善Cox痛经症状量表发作时间和疼痛程度方面优于西药组(P<0.05);随访期,自血组在改善Mc Gill疼痛问卷选词阳性数、感觉PRI、总PRI、VAS、PPI以及Cox痛经症状量表发作时间和疼痛程度评价上优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论自血疗法在改善原发性痛经患者疼痛时间及症状上具有显著的疗效,并通过随访观察发现疗效稳定。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of autohemotherapy in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Method Sixty-six patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into an autohemotherapy group and a Western medication group to receive corresponding interventions for 3 menstrual cycles. Mc Gill Pain Questionnaire（MPQ） and Cox Menstrual Symptom Scale（CMSS） were adopted to evaluate the pain intensity and relevant symptoms at baseline, after the treatment and at the 3-month follow-up. Result After the treatment, the autohemotherapy group was superior to the Western medication group in improving the attack duration and pain intensity of CMSS（P〈0.05）; at the follow-up, the autohemotherapy group was superior to the Western medication group in improving the positive answer count, Sensory Pain Rating Index（S-PRI）, Total Pain Rating Index（T-PRI）, Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） and Present Pain Intensity（PPI） of MPQ, as well as the attack duration and pain intensity of CMSS（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Autohemotherapy can produce a significant efficacy in improving the pain duration and symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea, and the follow-up study finds that its efficacy is consistent.
