摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线配合运动功能训练治疗脑瘫髋关节脱位的临床疗效。方法将70例脑瘫患者随机分为对照组和埋线组,每组35例,对照组给予运动功能训练,埋线组在运动功能训练的基础上给予埋线治疗,埋线15 d1次,治疗3个月。对治疗前后粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)评分及股骨头偏移百分比(MP)进行测量,并进行疗效分析。结果两组患者治疗后GMFM评分均高于治疗前(P<0.01),埋线组治疗后GMFM总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。埋线组髋关节脱位情况改善的总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线能有效改善脑瘫患者的髋关节脱位情况,改善下肢运动功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint thread embedding plus motor function training in treating hip dislocation in cerebral palsy. Method Seventy cerebral palsy patients were randomized into a control group and a thread embedding group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by motor function training, while the thread embedding group was given thread embedding in addition to motor function training. The thread embedding was performed once every 15 d for 3 months. The Gross Motor Function Measure（GMFM） and migration percentage（MP） of femoral head were evaluated before and after the treatment, and the therapeutic efficacies were analyzed. Result After the treatment, the GMFM score was significantly higher in the two groups compared with the respective baseline score（P〈0.01）, and the GMFM total score in the thread embedding group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in improving hip dislocation in the thread embedding group was higher than that in the control group with a statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint thread embedding can effectively improve hip dislocation in cerebral palsy patients, and improve their lower-limb motor function.
