负压罐配合中药足浴辅助治疗小儿外感发热疗效观察

摘　　要：目的临床观察拔罐(负压罐)配合中药足浴对小儿外感发热之风热证的辅助退热疗效。方法 178例外感发热之风热证患者随机分为观察组87例和对照组91例,对照组采用对症支持治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用拔罐、中药足浴治疗。共治疗3 d。观察两组临床症状消失时间和两组治疗前后C反应蛋白、淋巴细胞百分数变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为67.8%,观察组总有效率为92.3%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组临床症状消失时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后淋巴细胞比例比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后淋巴细胞比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论拔罐配合中药足浴辅助治疗小儿外感发热风热证有明显退热效果。Objective To observe the adjuvant defervescence efficacy of cupping（negative-pressure cupping） plus Chinese herb foot bath in treating pediatric exogenous fever due to wind-heat. Method A total of 178 patients with exogenous fever due to wind-heat were randomized into an observation group of 87 cases and a control group of 91 cases. The control group was intervened by symptomatic and supportive therapy, while the observation group was intervened by cupping and Chinese herbal foot bath in addition to the treatment given to the control group. The treatment was given for 3 days in total. The symptom disappearance time, the C-reactive protein（CRP） level and the Lymphocyte percentage（LYM%） before and after the treatment were observed, and the clinical efficacies were compared. Result The total effective rate was 67.8% in the control group versus 92.3% in the observation group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. There was a significant difference between the two groups in comparing the disappearance time of clinical symptom（P〈0.05）. The LYM% were significantly changed after the treatment in the two groups（P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the LYM% in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cupping plus Chinese herb foot bath as adjuvant therapy in treating pediatric exogenous fever due to wind-heat is significantly effectine for defervescence.
