子午流注择时皮肤针疗法治疗荨麻疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的比较子午流注择时皮肤针疗法与西药治疗荨麻疹的临床疗效差异。方法将72例荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。治疗组采用子午流注择时皮肤针疗法配合常规西药治疗,在当日申时子午流注开穴纳甲法所开的穴位上进行皮肤针叩刺,并口服氯雷他定片;对照组采用口服氯雷他定片治疗;两组均治疗1周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。评定两组临床疗效,并观察两组患者治疗前后血清Ig E水平的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%(33/36),对照组总有效率为66.7%(24/36),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清Ig E明显下降(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子午流注择时皮肤针疗法可明显降低荨麻疹患者血清Ig E水平,临床疗效显著,无不良反应。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of midnight-midday ebb flow dermal needle therapy versus Western drug treatment for urticaria. Method Seventy-two urticaria patients were randomized to treatment and control groups, 36 cases each. The treatment group received midnight-midday ebb flow dermal needle therapy plus conventional Western drug treatment; the acupoint opening during the period of the day from 3 pm to 5 pm according to heavenly stem-prescription of point selection was tapped with a dermal needle and loratadine tablets were taken. The control group took loratadine tablets. Both groups were treated one week as a course for three consecutive courses. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups. Serum Ig E levels were measured in the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Result The total efficacy rate was 91.7%（33/36） in the treatment group and 66.7%（24/36） in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, serum Ig E decreased significantly in the two groups of patients and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Midnight-midday ebb flow dermal needle therapy has clinically a marked effect on urticaria without adverse reactions.
