摘　　要：以废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料为原料,加入丙烯酸丁酯、有机硅单体、水、乳化剂和其他助剂,制备有机硅聚苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液防水胶。研究了产物胶膜吸水性、胶膜拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、低温柔性等主要性能,探索了产物与水泥和细砂集料混合均匀后形成的有机无机复合高分子防水胶对常见建筑材料的粘接性能。结果表明,所形成的弹性胶膜吸水性、防水性、耐老化性等主要技术指标达到相关技术标准。Using waste styrofoam as raw material,butyl acrylate,silicone monomer,water,emulsifiers and other additives were added to prepare silicone-acrylate acrylate emulsion waterproof glue.The water absorption rate of the product film was studied.The main properties of film tensile strength,elongation at break,flexibility at low temperature,etc.,explored the adhesive properties of organic-inorganic composite polymer waterproof adhesive formed by mixing the product with cement and fine sand aggregates to common building materials.The results showed that the main technical indicators such as water absorption rate,water resistance,and aging resistance of the formed elastic film have reached relevant technical standards.
