新一代螺纹锁固厌氧胶防松性能的研究

摘　　要：对螺纹锁固厌氧胶7243和7263的防松性按照GB/T 10431—2008《紧固件横向振动试验方法》标准进行了测试并与空白样作了对比分析。结果表明,这2种胶的防松性能十分优异,涂胶固化后的紧固件在横向振动试验过程中的夹紧力保持率在95%以上,另外,螺纹锁固胶的扭矩强度和防松性之间没有直接对应关系。The anti-loosening performances of the new generation of Huitian anaerobic adhesives 7243 and 7263 for thread locking were tested in accordance with the GB/T10431-2008（transverse vibration testing method for fasteners）,and the result was compared with the blank specimen.The results show that the anti-loosening performances of the two kinds of thread locking anaerobic adhesives are both excellent,the clamping force retention rate of the fastener after coating and curing the anaerobic adhesives is maintained at 95%during the transverse vibration testing process,in addition,there is no direct correspondence between the torque strength and the anti-loosening performances of the thread locking anaerobic adhesives.
