摘  要:以传统水相乳液聚合为基础,引入了特殊疏水改性的羟乙基纤维素,同时加入功能单体、促进剂MEEU及交联剂TMPTMA,合成了一系列醋丙乳液;此外还设计了不同的核壳结构,在其壳层成功引入了苯乙烯,显著提高了乳液性能。通过粒径、红外、接触角、玻璃化转变等方面对乳液的结构进行了表征,测试了乳液耐水及耐擦洗性等,结果表明,所得到的醋丙乳液具有出众的耐水及耐擦洗性能。A series of vinyl acetate-acrylate latices was synthesized based on the traditional water-borne emulsion polymerization and incorporating the hydrophobic modified hydroxyethyl cellulose,functional monomers,adhesion promoter monomer MEEU and crosslinker TMPTMA.In addition,the latices with different core-shell structure were designed and the styrene monomer was successfully introduced in the shell,which obviously improved the latex performance.The latex structure was characterized by the particle size,IR spectrum,contact angle,and glass transition temperature.And then,a waterborne interior coating was prepared with the designed latex.The final application properties were also investigated,including water resistance and scrub resistance.The results showed that the obtained vinyl acetate-acrylate latex had outstanding water resistance and scrub resistance.
