摘　　要：目的:了解上海市社区非中医医师对中医药知识与技能培训的需求及相关影响因素,为更好地开展针对性的培训提供依据。方法:对社区非中医医师进行问卷调查,采用非条件Logistic回归分析培训需求的影响因素。结果:对于中医药知识与技能培训的需求,修过中医药相关课程的医师高于未修过的医师(OR=1.678,P<0.001),参与过中医药类培训的医师高于未参与过的医师(OR=1.486,P<0.001),社区工作年限短的医师高于年限长的医师(OR=0.953,P=0.046),临床医师高于公共卫生医师(OR=1.863,P<0.001),乡村医生高于公共卫生医师(OR=1.712,P<0.001)。结论:上海市社区非中医医师对中医药知识与技能培训的需求较高,是否修过中医药相关课程、是否曾参与过中医药类培训、社区工作年限和医师类别是培训需求的主要影响因素,建议优先选取需求大的人员进行培训,并采取有针对性的分层次培训方法。Objective： To understand the demands and influence factors of training on traditional Chinese medicine among community physicians and to provide evidence for training. Methods： Physicians were surveyed by questionnaire and non-conditional logistic regression was used to analyze factors. Results： For Chinese medicine knowledge and skills training needs,physicians who had completed Chinese medicine related courses were higher than untrained doctors（ OR = 1.678,P〈0.001）,physicians who had participated in training in Chinese medicine were higher than those who did not participate（ OR = 1.486,P〈0.001）,physicians with shorter working age in community work were higher than those with long working life（ OR = 0.953,P = 0.046）,clinicians were higher than public health doctors（ OR = 1.863,P〈0.001）,rural doctors were higher than public health doctors（ OR = 1.712,P〈0.001）. Conclusion： The training demand was high and the main influencing factors were understanding basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,working years in community and physician categories. The priority of training should be given to the physicians with higher demand and hierarchical training should be adopted.
