摘  要:压裂充填防砂作为最适合渤海某油田开发的防砂方式且能够延长油井运转时间和提高油井产能,但由于177.8 mm套管内防砂工具尺寸无法满足油井分层开发的需求,因此需要在小尺寸套管内既能压裂充填防砂又能下入分层开采工具的防砂工具。本文介绍了一种新型自主研发的一趟多层防砂工具系统以及矿场试验的成功经验,该工具内通径比常规尺寸大,能够实现一趟多层防砂作业,还能下入分层开采工具;并且提高单井作业时效的同时降低作业成本。这对后续类似油井完井防砂方式提供了新的作业思路,具有实践借鉴和经验推广的重要意义。Frac pack operation is the most appropriate sand control method for Bohai oilfield and can lengthen producer running life and enhance well productivity.Because of the size of sand control tools used in 177.8 mm casing which can not fulfill the need of layer management of producer,so the needs of new sand control tools which can not only fulfil doing frac pack operation and also running selective production tools in is necessary. It introduces one newly developed sand control tools system and its onsite succeeding application experience in this article, the drift diameter of the sand control tools is bigger than routine tools and can not only fulfil doing frac pack operation and also run selective production tools in it.It can also enhance operation efficiency and reduce cost. This can give newly operating clue to the sand control job of completion of future similar well, it has the great significance of onsite practical references and experience promotion.
