短节段椎弓根钉内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨短节段椎弓根钉内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2016年10月—2017年9月期间收治的60例胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位患者作为研究对象,采取短节段椎弓根钉内固定的方法治疗,分别对患者术前、术后1、6个月进行X线片检查,观察患者不同期间的X线片检查结果。结果术后1、6个月与手术前相比,患者Cobbs角分别为4.7°、5.0°,明显降低,且与术前相比,患者的受伤椎体前缘的高度分别为96.3%、95.5%,明显增高,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术期间患者未发生严重并发症。结论采取短节段椎弓根钉内固定的方法治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位患者,临床疗效显著,降低了并发症的发生概率,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of short segment pedicle screw system fracture internal fixation in treatment of thoracolumbar vertebra fracture luxation. Methods 60 cases of patients with short segment pedicle screw system fracture and luxation admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 were convenient selected as the research objects and treated with short segment pedicle screw system fracture internal fixation, and the patients were for X ray examination before surgery and in 1 month and 6 months after surgery, and the X ray examination results at different periods were observed. Results The Cobbs of patients in 1 month, 6 months after surgery and before surgery were respectively 4.7° and 5.0°, obviously decreased, and the height of anterior edge of injured vertebral body of patients was96.3%, 95.5%, obviously increased, and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and there were severe complications of patients during the operation. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of short segment pedicle screw system fracture internal fixation in treatment of thoracolumbar vertebra fracture luxation is obvious, which can reduce the occurrence probability of complications, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
