交通事故引起多发性骨折的临床特点和治疗分析

摘　　要：目的研究交通事故引起多发性骨折的临床特点和治疗。方法将该院从2017年1—12月期间收治的92例因为交通事故引发的多发性骨折患者作为研究对象,研究其临床特点及相应的治疗方法。结果该研究中,患者的骨折类型主要是四肢骨折和闭合性骨折为主,好发于中青年人,休克为主要的并发症。经过抗休克和早期固定手术等治疗之后,骨折愈合良好84例,91.3%的治愈率。骨折解剖复位80例,达87.0%,死亡6例,其中失血性休克为患者的主要死因,骨折愈合不良4例。结论大多数情况下,交通事故引发的多发性骨折都比较严重,需要尽快的确诊,防止漏诊和误诊,积极实施抢救,以达到提高治愈率和减少并发症的目的。Objective To research the clinical features and treatment of multiple fractures caused by the traffic accidents.Methods 92 cases of patients with multiple fractures caused by the traffic accidents admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected, and the clinical features and corresponding treatment method were studied.Results The main fracture types of patients were dominated by the fracture of the extremities and closed fracture, mostly in the middle-aged and youth people, and the shock was the major complication, and after the anti-shock and early fixation surgery, there were 84 cases with good fracture healing, and the cure rate was 91.3%, and there were 80 cases with fracture anatomy resetting, reaching 87.0%, and 6 cases died, and the hemorrhagic shock was the major death cause, and there were4 cases with bad fracture healing. Conclusion The multiple fractures caused by the traffic accidents are usually serious,needing the rapid confirmation, to prevent the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, and we should conduct the positive rescue to improve the healing rate and reduce the complications.
