摘 要:目的评估系统化护理干预应用于呼吸内科重症患者护理中的临床效果。方法将2016年8月—2017年12月作为研究区间,方便收集该院呼吸内科住院部收治各类重症患者共70例作为观察对象,应用数字随机表方法进行分组,对照组、观察组中分别纳入35例患者。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施系统化护理干预。以护理干预效果、呼吸频率、心率、氧分压、以及二氧化碳分压检测值为观察指标,对比评价两组患者护理效果差异。结果就护理效果展开对比,观察组总有效率91.43%(32/35)明显高于对照组60.00%(21/35),两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.608,P<0.05)。就临床指征展开对比,干预后观察组患者呼吸频率、心率、氧分压检测值分别为(86.3±2.4)次/min、(19.1±1.5)次/min、(54.5±2.9)mm Hg均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),二氧化碳分压检测值为(95.1±3.5)mm Hg,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施系统化护理干预可改善呼吸内科重症患者临床护理效果,稳定呼吸频率、心率、氧分压、以及二氧化碳分压值,促进患者康复转归,价值突出。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of systematic nursing intervention in nursing of patients with severe disease in the department of respiration medicine. Methods 70 cases of patients with various severe diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2016 to December 2017 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the systematic nursing intervention, and the nursing intervention effect, respiration frequency, heart rate, oxygen pressure and CO2 were used as the observation indicators, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group [91.43%(32/35) vs 60.00%(21/35)], and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.608,P〈0.05), and the respiration frequency, heart rate and oxygen pressure test value in the observation group after intervention were obviously lower than those in the control group, which were respectively(86.3±2.4)times/min,(19.1±1.5)times/min,(54.5±2.9)mm Hg in the observation group(P〈0.05), and the CO2 test value was(95.1±3.5)mm Hg, which was obviously higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of systematic nursing intervention can improve the clinical nursing effect of patients with severe diseases in the department of respiration medicine, stabilize the respiration frequency, heart rate, oxygen pressure and CO2 and promote the recovery of patients, and the value is outstanding.
