摘　　要：从超低温冰箱的工作原理入手,分析超低温冰箱的制冷原理、结构特征,结合华南农业大学仪器设备维修科工作人员对超低温冰箱进行长期维护和维修的研究实践,探索总结一套切实可行的超低温冰箱预防性维护保养和维修方案,对设备的节能、延长寿命、降低维护与维修成本,保证样品的储存安全等方面发挥了重要作用,以期对促进超低温冰箱的正确使用和维护与维修提供参考。This paper starts from the working principle of ultra-lowtemperature refrigerator, and analyzes the structural characteristicsof ultra-low temperature refrigerator. A set of practical ultra-low temperature refrigerator preventive maintenance and repair solutionwas explored and summarized based on long-term maintenance andrepair practice of ultra-low temperature refrigerator in Equipment Maintenance Office of South China Agricultural University, whichhelps save equipment energy,extend life expectancy,reduce maintenance and repair costs,and ensure the safe storage of samples andother aspects.It also provides useful reference for proper utilizationand maintenance of ultra-low temperature refrigerator.
