摘　　要：目的通过调查研究未婚女性重复人工流产现状及其影响因素,探讨降低重复人工流产率的策略。方法选取2015年6月~2016年5月于广州医科大学附属第三医院及广州市妇女儿童医疗中心自愿要求行人工流产术的494例未婚女性进行描述性问卷调查并追踪。根据1年内是否再次发生人工流产分为重复人工流产组和非重复人工流产组,应用方差分析及多因素Logistic回归分析研究未婚女性发生重复人工流产的影响因素。结果未婚女性发生重复人工流产者91例,比例为18.42%。与未发生重复流产者比较,重复人工流产的职业因素、教育程度及生殖健康知识了解程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,教育程度及生殖健康知识了解程度是未婚女性发生重复人工流产的独立影响因素,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论未婚女性重复人工流产发生率较高,影响其重复人工流产的危险因素为教育程度低和生殖健康了解程度低,应加强对该群体生殖系统健康的宣传教育,尽量降低其重复人工流产率。Objective To study the current situation and influencing factors of repeated induced abortion in unmarried women by investigation,and to explore strategies to reduce repeat induced abortion rate.Methods A total of 494 cases of unmarried women undergone induced abortion were investigated and tracked from June 2015 to May 2016 in our two hospitals.According to whether there were recurrent induced abortion in 1 years,they were divided into the repeated induced abortion group and the non repeated induced abortion group.The influence factors of repeated induced abortion were analyzed by variance analysis and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis.Results A total of 91 cases of recurrent abortion were found in unmarried women,with a ratio of 18.42%.There were statistically significant differences in occupation factor,education degree and knowledge of reproductive health compared with the two groups（P〈0.05）.Multifactor Logistic regression analysis showed that the degree of education degree and reproductive health knowledge level were independent risk factors of repeated induced abortion,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The incidence of repeated induced abortion is higher in unmarried women.The risk factors of repeated induced abortion are low education and low understanding of reproductive health.It is necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of the reproductive system of the population and reduce the rate of repeated induced abortion as far as possible.
